Shipping costs for physical items will be outlined at the time of purchase. Please note that additional customs or import duties may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 2.3. Estimated Delivery Times: We will strive to provide estimated delivery times for printed comics and merchandise. However, these estimates are approximate and subject to change due to production, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances. 2.4. Payment: Packages can be purchased using a credit card. Additionally, fans interested in web3 blockchains and NFTs can buy Legends of Cypher NFTs to gain access to exclusive packages. These NFT-exclusive packages can only be redeemed by connecting a web3 wallet with the purchased NFT.

3. Crowdfunding Goal

3.1. Utilization of Pledges: Funds received from package purchases will be used to print and ship comics and merchandise after the crowdfunding goal is reached. 3.2. Refunds: Refunds are not available for any pledges purchased online with a credit card, or tokens exchanged for an NFT. All sales are final, and by making a purchase, you acknowledge that the funds will be used for production and fulfillment purposes after the crowdfunding goal is met.

4.1. Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color, design, or other attributes may occur due to printing or manufacturing processes. 4.2. Failure to do so or technical issues with the wallet may affect access to these packages.
